The 1800 Series Double Hung is configured as a new construction window and as a replacement window. This allows for custom sizing and special glass applications. This window achieves the highest levels of Energy Star ratings.

With the ability of both the top and bottom sash tilting, cleaning the 1800 Series Double Hung is a breeze.

By lowering just the top sash, air can flow freely into your room providing optimal air circulation; while keeping the bottom of the window closed.

The 1800 Series Double Hung can be matched with windows that utilize the nail-fin along side a replacement application that requires no nail-fin.

Welded Frame and Sash- All frame and sash corners are thermally welded making each corner stronger that the frame.

Insulated Glass ¾” provides higher energy ratings. Both bottom ant top pieces of glass are the same size- this allows easy replacement and service.

IG Spacer- Warm Edge vs. Aluminum spacer system which allows for higher thermal ratings

Sill- Sloped w/pocket -Sash is totally sealed off from wind and water and balance pocket is protected from dirt. Multiple weather sill strips to insure no drafts.

Sill Weeps- Dual Weeps to allow for better water drainage

Egress Sizes- 3’0 x 5’0 meets 2^nd floor egress requirements and 2’8 x 5’0 meets 1^st floor egress requirements
